What is acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a safe form of medicine which uses small, sterile needles to assist your body in the natural healing process and resolve imbalances (seen as indigestion, fatigue, pain and more). Acupuncture is based on the fact that “qi” also called “life energy,” needs to move freely throughout the human body to prevent illness and diseases and stop pain. More information on acupuncture can be found here.

Each acupuncture session with Jen costs $65 (the first appointment is $75) and often include: moxibustion, tuina / massage or cupping. Follow-up acupuncture sessions are the same price and also include personalized nutrition information and herbal consultations with herbal formulas (sold separately) specifically designed for each client. Scholarships to assist payments are available for some clients and depend on medical condition, household income and time of need. How many treatments will I need?
